RG Royalties LLC, a subsidiary of Royal Gold has acquired an existing 2.5% net smelter royalty (‘NSR’) on a portion of Arizona Sonoran Copper's Cactus Project for a cash consideration of US$55 million from Tembo Capital. Hannan Metals received approval for exploration activities from the Ministry of Mines (MINEM) for an initial drilling programme at its 100% owned Valiente copper-gold project in Peru. IsoEnergy announced that due to strong demand, it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Stifel Canada Inc. to increase the previously announced financing of common shares deemed to be flow-through shares to 4,642,000 shares at a price of C$3.75 per PFT share for gross proceeds of approximately C$17,400,000. / via @swissresourceag
